Help identifying maker's mark - ring from Poland?

Hi, anyone know anything about this maker's mark to the right? I think it's hallmarked for 14K at the Warsaw assay office between 1963-1986. However, I remember the maker's mark having a connection to "Walmet"? I cannot remember where I read this and have googled for a while but no dice. Wanted to see if anyone knew anything on the marking that looked like a stem of leaves. Help is super appreciated. Thank you!
