Hi.. would love to know if what you figured out?
J.P. is listed as a valid silver Smith in Little Book pg 209 with Silver Mexico as addition to their stamp. Silver Mexico is usually stamped 9n items pre eagle.
There is no specific on artist j.p. .
Interestingly, Jean Puiforcat used these initials and sadly passed in 1945. However, their stamp always included an omega sign between j and p. So, I'd like to think it was theirs but no way to know. It almost eliminates them as maker. Still, a nice old silver piece. Can't say famous maker but nice design and heavy on the silver.
Good luck,
Evil

Sadly not much I found out they are black onyx made about 1920-1930. Which this was what I thought. I found same bracelet worthpoint sold on eBay I believe but they didn’t say who made it.
