Hallmark on an old flintlock

Hi guys, I am wondering if you could help date this hallmark on an old flintlock. Sorry it's not the clearest. I am thinking it may be 1752?
I also wondered if anyone had any idea who the maker may be. Again apologies for the fuzzy screen shot. Appreciated as always.

It looks more like "l" for 1746/47 than "r" for 1752/53. TR is probably Thomas Rush.
