I have two spoons, from this series.
1) The first is by Eley & Fearn. It is either from 1779 of 1819. As far as I know, all marks can be applicable to both years. Can anyone help?

2) The second is by EITHER Thomas Bowen II or Thomas Bamford II, who worked in the same time period. This spoon was made either in 1776 or in 1816. Is there a way to tell them apart — the makers and the years ?!

Not a problem - just pay attention to details of the whole hallmark:

1776-1784 (a-i) - no duty mark
1784,1785 (i,k) - incuse duty mark
1786-1795 (l-u) - crowned leopard's head town mark + duty mark

1816-1821 (a-f) - crowned leopard's head town mark + duty mark
1821-1835 (f-u) - uncrowned leopard's head town mark + duty mark
