A mark with fascio littorio

Goodmornig, I cannot find the goldsmith of this gold bracelet with the mark 1 VI (Vicenza). Among the the number and the letters there is the "fascio littorio" (fasces were used in this marks between 1934 and 1944). Thank you for your help.

Could it be 8-fascio-VI? (F.R.O.V.)

yes, I'm sure. The picture is not so clear but with the magnifying glass it' is clear.
