Most of your images are quite out of focus, but nevertheless here is what I can see:
Image #2 is a bigorne or French countermark. Use the search function for information about the bigorne.
Image #4 is the mark of the French maker Callot. Please use the search function for extensive information about this maker.
Image #5 is a French silver standard mark of a Minerva head in a barrel-shaped reserve, indicating 800 standard silver.
In summary, your spoon was made by Callot in Paris in the Nineteenth Century of 800 standard silver.
