Help Identifying LRW and H Marks

Hi, I recently inherited this teaspoon from my Grandmother and was wanting some help identifying the "LRW" and fancy "H" next to the lion and anchor. Thanks!

LRW is the maker's (or more properly sponsor's) mark is is the mark of Lawrence R Watson & Co. H is the date letter for 1982.
