French pendant - ca. 1800

Dear members,

this pendant (6 cm x 4,5 cm) is not hallmarked.
In the middle are four stylized French flowers “Fleur de Lys”.
I suspect that it was made in France, around 1800.

The pendant comes from Sachrang, a small village just one kilometer from the Austrian border.
The Napoleonic wars from 1792 - 1815 took place in this district.
Sachrang was accidentally attacked by French troops who believed they were in Austrian territory.

Does anyone know of a comparable piece of jewelry?
I gratefully accept any information.

The brooch doesn't look very old, and it doesn't look very old. Have you had it tested? It looks very much like a piece of costume jewellery.

Merci bijoux.expert!

I also suspect that this pendant is not so old.
Maybe the stones are Bohemian glass. Undoubtedly a piece of jewelry that will attract a lot of attention in combination with a silk ribbon and a traditional austrian dress.

You're welcome.
My answer was supposed to read, "The brooch doesn't look very old, and it doesn't look very gold" however the g dropped off the word gold!
