ID silver (?) XIX century (?) mark two crossed scepters under crown with A(?)

Hello! I purchased a frequently replicated statue of Mercury based on the original sculpture by Giambologna. Initially, I thought it was silver-plated bronze, but I noticed that each part of the figurine is marked with this symbol. The marking of each part is most commonly found in silverware. Unfortunately, I suspect I have a figure from the 19th century, and this marking doesn't tell me anything. I would appreciate any guidance regarding this signature. Or perhaps, am I mistaken, and it's the maker's mark of this piece? Regards, Tomasz

The mark you show, mimics that of the 19th century Papal State.
It is visibly fake, but this does not mean that the object is not made of silver. You can also find pseudomarks on good quality silver artefacts.

I'm glad you were interested in my article.
I, and others too maybe, would be interested to know if you have found out whether your statue is solid silver or silverplate.
Furthermore,if you don't mind, it would be a great gift for me if you posted a well-focused photograph of the pseudomark for my collection.
