Help with mark on antique pipe

Greetings!
I'm new to this Forum. Hello!
I bought this antique meerschaum pipe today. It was so dirty, that it looked like brass (dirty brass to be exact), but I saw two marks on the inside of the mount and figured it was silver. These pipes are most often 19th c., but some date back to the 18th c. This one is really old looking, so I'm hoping it is 18th c.
Well, it cleaned up (some) and certainly silver, both marks are identical, but I have no idea how to identify the silver mark. Could I ask for some help, please?

I'm doing my best to get the post to show the photos, but I'm not having much luck. Suggestions?
Thanks!
