Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me identify hallmarks on two different pairs of gold earrings, both marked 585 and purchased in Europe. The World Hallmark reference book has some similar marks but nothing quite right. I used a 200x magnifying lens for the photos and tried flipping the images on their sides, but no luck.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I believe it to be the Czechoslovakian lion above 4 ( partly erased, not visible) in oval, used 1929-1962,
Czechoslovakian gold hallmark for 585/1000.
