Hello, I would like to find out origine of this brooch. Probably Belgium?

Hi, I could not find a Dutch or Belgian match. Mark D N with a twig in de middle, in an oval-shaped shield.
Can you clean the 2nd mark and try to make a clear enhanced image of this mark?
