The maker is Jørgen Pedersen Rødberg in Trondheim NO, master 1730-1757? Born 1696? and died 1757?

Sorry, but there is no photo in the book only a very small soot mark exactly similar with the punch on your spoon. The master used several different other punches too. This is presumably the oldest. Take the wanted picture from your spoon!
