Yes you are, metal purity mark۸۴ 84 in Persian for 875/1000 parts silver.
Maker's mark- silversmith's name in Farsi.

Looks like بیریائی Biria'i
A similar mark appears in the on line Kronfol collection of Iranian silver at the National Museum of Scotland at
