Dear all, would be hugely grateful if you could help me with the following cutlery markings as unsure where these are from.

Hi,
I hope I do not disappoint you.
These are Soviet pieces, made at the Shevchenko factory in the Ukraine. MHU refers to the alloy that they are made of, copper, nickel, and zinc.
The 4-00 indicates the set price of 4 Ruble - 00 Kopecks for the item.

Trev, thank you, you are always so helpful. I was about to purchase thinking it was solid silver so you have actually saved me money!
Very best wishes,
James
