Hallmark ID??

Any ideas? looks like a good chance they are sterling but I cant find the hallmark and its small.

They do look very old just judging by the wear. First I just want to know if they are sterling.

Hi,
The '13' is a likely indictor of 13 Loth, so, not sterling, but 812/1000.
I've moved the topic to the German section as you are more likely to get a response there.

It is the mark of Werner Sittmann in Köln.
3 crowns for Köln, S for Sittmann
13 for 13/16 = 812,5/1000
it is about from 1850

received them today. they are very heavy so great deal and actually not that bad of shape aside from the 1 fork.
