The above two spoons have a similar pattern.

The larger spoon has the normal Gorham hallmark -- not shown here but it is the Lion, Anchor, Letter G.

The smaller spoon has the letter G followed by 925/1000 (as shown).

My first question is who is the maker of the smaller spoon (and what is the pattern if known).

My second question: is the larger spoon Groham's Tipt pattern? It seems some internet photos show Tipt spoons with no shoulders, some show prominent roundish flaring shoulders (like shown above), and some show more squarish shoulders. So I'm not 100% sure that the spoon I have is a Tipt.

P.S. sorry for the dark photos, but the spoons are very boring to look at anyway -- no decorations at all. So a near-silhouette is just as good as a detailed photo.

Any ideas?

I've scoured the web and can't find a sterling hallmark that is just a "G".

And I haven't found examples of the 925 over 1000 mark either.

I have established that the spoons are of a fiddleback design and some say the larger (Gorham) spoons are of the TIPT pattern, though there are inconsistencies there (based on presence/absence of shoulders.)
