Pastry tongs - possibly German

Hi Guys
I wonder if anyone can enlighten me regarding what I believe to be Pastry Tongs. 800 fineness with a Crown hallmark. I thought that they were German but there doesn't appear to be a moon.
Any help appreciated.
62g - appear cast. I can't find any other mark. 16cm
