Spanish silver candle? 18th century?

I have this silver candle with how it seems to me 18th century hallmarks. Probably Spain?

Is there somebody who can tell me more about this one? The maker? Country? Time?

Indeed Spanish marks. The oval mark in the middle, the crowned shield above laurel wreath is a standard mark, silver 916/00 and applied by an official assayer.
According to Tardy, International Hallmarks on Silver, Spain page 108; making silverware has been free from control since 11th August,1881, but it is usually of low quality. At the request of either the seller or the buyer an assay may be carried out by an Assayer ( Fiel contraste). In 1934 compulsory hallmarking was re-introduced.

Apparently, according to the "Enciclopedia de la plata", it would not be from the 18th but from the late 19th.

Even in this case it is better to wait for the opinion of those who know more
