I'm pretty sure this is Chester but can not find anything on the maker

Chester 1901. This WA is William Aitken of Vyse Street, Birmingham.

thank you very much silvermakersmarks, I looked under the Chester makers list but did not look under the Birmingham makers list, I thought because of the center mark to only looking under Chester, can you explain how you knew to look under Birmingham list? Thanks Deb

thanks dognose for the link to an explanation, so when I do a makers search I should check all the cities than correct?
