Sterling Money Purse Hallmark ID Help Needed

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Long Time user first time poster on this great site. I am stumped on identifying an antique money purse hallmark Ive recently purchased. In short, it has hallmarks of a Crown + Letter C + Lion Facing Left. At first I naturally assumed British - London 1838 because of the Date Letter but, research did not turn anything up and on a different place on purse the same Hallmark also has "STERLING T620" which is modern (post 1900s). Confused is this purse 1800s or 1900s?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
