Spoon 1, Dutch? 17 or 18th century?

Despite the photo is not that good, maybe you can help me out with the marks of this spoon? Thanks in advance!
Pseudo marks, used late 19th-early 20th century. Pseudo town mark Nijmegen, double headed eagle, wings and legs spread # 596. Pseudo maker's mark(?). R in shield, pseudo year letter # 302.
