Need help identifying please.

I researched this brooch myself, but kept hitting a dead end. Judging by the hallmark it appears to have been crafted in Mexico City (D.F). The fineness is marked 0925 without a decimal after the O. The brooch itself appears to be hollow. It only weighs 3g. It measures approx. 2in x .75in. Also did an image search for the hallmark (no luck) and for the brooch itself (with better luck-ish). Never the same brooch. Just similar ones that don't look as nice. However, the horns aren't as swirled as this one. Thank you in advance!
