Antique 2 Handle Hammered Bowl

Hello and Good Day.
I have a silver bowl and I am trying to determine who the maker is, and a little about its history. It is 2 handled, pedastal footed and has a hammered looking texture. I've looked through the Winterthur library digital collection and couldn't pinpoint the mark.
