Warsaw Candlestick Marks

I don't generally even look at Russian silver but you know how it goes. My fear of fake Russian silver comes from this forum. Anyhow, I had an opportunity to buy these for significantly less than the contained silver value. So I have looked through the Russian section and identified what appears to be the Kokoshnik Mark with the initials AP, for Aleksnadr Vasilyevitch Romanov, working in warsaw 1899-1904. I assumed the rubbed marked next to this is the makers mark, and then there is the third mark, which appears to have been applied later and is a polish remark. Please let me know how badly I have misinterpreted the marks and why they are fake and all that.
