Back In The Sippers Again. TL-09

We’ve seen this leaf before, but images are obscurred and circular mark involved some maker letters. Here we can barely make out the 925 but not the initials. What we do have is apparently the alpha-numeric code of “TL-09” for ninth registered maker “L” of Taxco. TIA
