Hello. I need your help to determine the manufacturer, city, year.

PRIMA NS ALP—>>Prima Neu-Silber Alpacca = Silverplate (quality). Probably Swedish. Maybe Hallberg lineage related? (I see it occassionally as a lone mark on small trays of varying types.) The 12 might be plating standards related numbers, having to do with a gross lot. There are several old threads that might help by searching keywords, but probably not a conclusive one. But it’s a start at least.

Don’t know if that was a mis-reading, but C.R. Carlstrom is/was (?) a Swedish firm.

You may also find a reference to a 1MA mark equaling PriMA.

Another Swedish firm name mark is Nils Johan or Nilsjohan (script), where the name may only be found on the knife blades with other pieces simply given the Prima NS Alp mark. Items seem to range from ornate to modernist styles. Finding a pattern match with a knife included may be the only way to solve the origins of this piece.
