I would appreciate any help you all can provide on these, but I am most interested in the last mark which I think may be "HP" or possibly "1P"? This is the marking on the matching serving spoons in the overview photo. I am not sure if it is Danish or not but the presence of the Danish marks on everything else makes me suspect it.
Thank you

Again a shot in the dark!
Danish row of punches are often rather incomplete especially on older objects like here. Anyway, based on your assumption of Danish origin and anticipating that the punch shows "IP in an oval frame" it might be Jens Jacob Pedstrup in Aalborg AMT in DK . He made tableware and was active around the turn of the century 1700-1800 (deceased 16.4.1827), but....is it IP or who? In addition, my source tells me that he usually also punched the town mark, so again?

Hehehhee! Part 3. Yeah, COULD be him, but as said the row is rather incomplete.....no town mark etc...The text states that he used a town mark (bruger bymærke...)

HP conjoined in monogram?
Peter.

Yes Peter, could but it doesn't help much due to the lack of other marks.
