Unidentified Fork Marks, very worn and I’m hoping for a miracle!

I found this fork among a lot of 19th century French forks and 19th century American coin silver spoons. I am not sure whether it’s plate or silver so that’s why I’m posting here. I’ve scoured the marks on this site and can’t find anything quite like it. If anyone recognizes this I would appreciate any information you have! The piece weighs 2 and 3/8 oz.

I meant to post all of this in the silver plate forum because I’m not sure if it’s even silver and I have no idea of country of origin. Using the forum on my phone has proven to be a headache to say the least.

Hi, great images, and I moved you to the silver-plate forum.

Hello NewAddiction, that practically ground out central mark, looked a bit familiar to me. This is speculation and other members of the Forum will have other views but could it be the figural mark showing Bishop Absalon. It was present on a couple of Danish silver plated spoons I purchased some time ago and I posted on the Forum.

If my speculation has credibility, the possible owner for the "flower" marks could be Danish. Somewhere to start you search?
