Looks like Monteath Douglas. See:

"Out of an Eastern crown or, the rim charged with three bombs fired, an oak-tree, the stem transfixed by a sword fesseways, pommel and hilt to the dexter, all ppr. (for Monteath)."
The motto is Viresco = I become green / to flourish. I started to search Fairbairn's book for the motto (used by several families) and found Monteath Douglas.
Could even be General Sir Thomas Monteath Douglas KCB ADC whose orders and medals could match the ones featured below the crest. You can use Google search to see his mausoleum where his coat of arms are shown with similar set of medals.

One source indicating original Catchpole & Williams partnership (Regent Street) dissolved 04 June 1846. Separate businesses followed with “late Catchpole & Williams” used for one, and Catchpole & Williams name revived later on (see Trev’s posting link in last entry for advert.).
