Not Dutch but 18th century Belgian hallmarks.
Town mark of Mechelen, year 1759, the city coat of arms, a shield with an eagle between two poles. It has been in use since the end of the 15th century. The year letters were used from 1489 to 1749.

A bunch of grapes in an oval with pointed foot for; Carolus -Josephus Vermeulen, registered in Mechelen, 1723-1798. Maker of oil and vinegar sets
