Two salts-cellars

On an antique market I found 2 French salts with minerva premier titre and very tiny lozenge mark. With a magnifying glass I identified the master's initials as C and M with a tree or a flower between, what is difficult to recognize in the photo. Doe anybody know the maker?

It would be useful if you could take and upload some photos of the maker's mark by holding a loupe 10X against the photo of your telephone.

I tried to take a better photo but in spite of many attempts withhout success. So I hope a member will recognize the maker's mark with my explanation of the initials C and M with a tree or flower/plant between.

Hello silverik,
I had given up the hope to get an answer on my question. Thanks very much. Is the symbol between C and M a tree or a plant? In the internet I found only one direct hit; cutlery by Mequignon. So he had a very limited production!?

Hello silverik,
are the two numbers you mentioned in your post, "les numéros du registre de la garantie (pour les orfèvres)? Si oui, où est-ce que je trouve ce registre?

Hi, The master is mentioned in Arminjon et al, Dictionaire des poinçons de fabricants d’ouvrages d’or et d’argent de Paris et de la, Tome II Seine, Cahiers de l’inventaire, 1994. The numbers are the official French gouverment numbers.
