can anyone identify the markers mark on this item?

Franz Bahner's mark is not a dog's head but a lion's head. The shown mark is very worn, it could be the woman's head of Meyen, Berlin.

Here are the marks of Bahner as they should be. Lion's head 1895-1917 and crossed hammers with MS for Mansfelder Silber after 1917.

Others say the Meyen mark is the head of Merkur. Here in any case the mark is not definitely recognizable.
