Hello. I need your help to determine the manufacturer. It's a Belgian spoon?

Hi,
The symbol above the letter S is not clear. Perhaps S under a ciborium for Joannes Henricus Franciscus Snoeckx, born 22-01-1809 in Antwerp, died before 1874. Active in Antwerp ca 1866-> 1873
Peter.
