Possible Dutch piece? Right facing lion rampant

Hi gents,

I recently purchased this piece and am having trouble identifying the hallmarks. My best guess is a worn Dutch hallmark? I think older German or Hanau is another reasonable suspicion.

It tests as ~80% silver.

Makers marks are "UH" and then a right facing lion passant that appears in a circle.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

Not a Dutch maker's mark nor Dutch pseudo mark

Peter.

:::: Is there any way it could be Belgium or Flanders? ::::: I know nothing about Flemish silver but occasionally I see multi-figure chargers listed as being from Flanders {but they could have been unmarked Hanau silver, who knows?). :::::::::
