this is the wrong forum for your question.
it is not silver but pewter

it is from Altenberg (saxony)

The mark you show has no crown. Marc Rosenberg shows this device mark under Augsburg not Altenberg. Altenberg is not mentioned to have had a silver & gold guild.
Pewter device marks can look like silver device marks.
Can you please show us an image of the complete item?
