Old Silver fork

Good afternoon
I found this fork earlier today on a Market. It was among siver plated ware but I don't think it is plated. Could this be a very old London silver spoon? Makers mark seems to br G F, date letter a W and it looks like a crowned leopard head.
The coat of arms is a rams head with a twig in its mouth.
Any help will be welcome
Jannie

Hi Jannie,

It's Maltese silver.

Thank you Trev. Any idea when it was made?
I love finding these weird hallmarks.

Hi Jannie,

I cannot make out the bottom mark, but the fork will be early 19th century.

I believe the mark at the bottom is the closed fist of Sir Alexander Ball. I have seen this mark so ruined before.

As for the mark at the top, it could, could, be that of Giuseppe Faugard, but I am not at all sure.
