Good afternoon
Another find from among a box of plated ware. This one stand out from the rest. It is very bulky and seemed old. It's marked with 3 stars wit EW in-between. I believe it to be colonial silver. Any help will be welcome.

I did some research. I believe it is a Cape Silver fork by Georg Egbertus Wolhuter.
