Welcome to the forum.
Your image, from left to right; maker's mark, Dutch lion passant above 2 standard mark silver 933/1000, office mark or Minerva head regional assay office letter D for Rotterdam, year letter script K in contour for 1819. The maker's mark is a bit of a puzzle, needs more time to solve.
