This spoon is marked with 5 S. Am I correct that this is the 4th alphabet? So 1696/1697. No makersmark.

Yes, Groningen 5S, fifth alfabet 1719/20. The wide, oval bowl is connected to the stem with a double rat tail, ending in an accolade shape.The initials M M are engraved on the back of the pied-biche shaped stem end
