It is interesting, but without a hallmark it is like looking for a needle in a pile of straw.
Can you make better images of all marks?

Unfortunately, there is only a monogram from the photo. There is no city sign. The date is engraved

but You write:

There are so many variants of this mark, so this mark could helpful to find the area.
