Your images are very unclear, try to make the images with a modern smart phone, or a good digital camera with a macro function. The Macro mode is a setting on your camera that you can use to take close-up pictures of small objects such as insects or silver marks.

Head of Ceres to left in a round frame. Excise mark for large silver items, accompanied the standard hallmarks to confirm payment of duty. Paris, 1819 - 1838. The other unclear hallmark probably Head of Raphael to left in an oval frame, 2nd standard silver (800/1000). Paris , 1819 - 1838.

Your Silver monstrance, I believe has not a nut and bolt but it is a Christian symbol, the cross.

A third general inventory became effective by Royal ordinances of 22 October 1817 and 1 July 1818 and the different hallmarks remained in use from 16 August till 9 May 1838. This inventory introduced a new mark, the bigorne or countermark.

Hi,

The hallmakrs clearly identify a 800/1000 silver monstrance made in Paris (not in Lyon) between 1819 and 1838. These hallmarks are punched according to the french regulations for what concern their location and their countermarking. So there is no doubt about this part of the identification.

It is a bit different for the maker identification. Firstly you should have a look at the following: https://www.silvercollection.it/ASCASFAVIERING.html and more specifically the Favier family tree.

Despite the difficulty to read the maker's mark on the photos I think that there is no exact match with the same font. It is also strange that the mark with the full name FAVIER was entered in 1846 by Pierre-Henri Favier which is much later than the making date. Could it be another maker ?
