Need help, silver

Good day
I’m from Spain, and I recently received this piece as a gift. I believe it’s silver, but I don’t have much knowledge about English silver. I don’t know its quality, or the year it was made. I’d say it’s from York because the maker is W. Greenwood & Sons, but I’m not sure. Could someone from the forum help me? I’d really appreciate it!

This is a Sheffield sterling silver hallmark with the date letter q for 1933 and the maker's mark FC for Frank Cobb & Co Ltd of Sheffield. The "W Greenwood & Sons" mark is there as the retailer.
