Help with 18th century mug? Very heavy 370 grams

I found this mug along with beaker I posted. I am not sure the origin of this piece but I do think it could be Scandinavian. It is very hevy and you can see the hammering marks along the inside of it. There are no marks except for the maker mark.. I hope someone can help ID the maker and approximate date of this piece. Thank you!

I think it's American, and I'll leave the mark identification to the master because I can only provide a good guess.

Perhaps Edmund Milne, Philadelphia (b.1724-d.1822). See Philadelphia Silversmiths and Related Artisans to 1861, by Catherine B. Hollan.
