If I had to guess whose master's mark (partly struck-over with Amsterdam town mark) we are looking at here, look just below the Amsterdam town mark, I would go with Anthony de Hoop, active 1767-1785 (deceased). Woman sitting with anchor, you can see her head just right of Amsterdam town mark. He made small silverware, many stamped loderein boxes and needle cases.
