Provincial French 18th C marks?

Hi.

I have an 18th century French silver dinner fork. The hallmarks style tell me it is French and probably 18th not 17th century but my guide does not have the mark you can see.

The top mark is unreadable. The bottom mark is the one I cannot fine. It is an anchor with what looks like a 'D' in the liddle.

It is probably provincial rather than Paris and has some similarity to Caen mid-18th century but I can find no reference to letters in the middle of the Caen anchor (if it is a letter).

Does anyone recognise this anchor mark? Sadly I do not have a full copy of Tardy - they are hard to find !

Jpgs below. Thanks in advance for any help/ Rgds;
