Mexico Silver Bead Cuff Bracelet ID Needed TS-115

Hello and thanks in advance to anyone who can identify anything about this bracelet. Cuff with applied beads along both edges. Marked on back "Mexico", "TS-115 925". Is there a site which lists the Mexican artists? Found in Arizona.
