Help with unidentified maker's mark on blue art glass bowl w

I am trying with no luck to identify a makers mark on the silver base of an antique blue art glass bowl. The mark looks like 13. over the letters DK inside a circle. Please see pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am interested in knowing anything of this items origin, age and the maker. Many thanks! Peter.
