Unknown Hallmark (possible Sheffield??)

Hi. I collect silver or silverplated teapots. I have one with a hallmark of a letter S in a diamond followed by a letter S in a shield, followed by a letter P in a square. ( At least thats what they look like to me.) Any info anyone could give me on it (i.e. maker, year) would be greatly appreciated. You can view the pics at:

Your photos are gone, but the described marks match those found on page 200 of the Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers, Rainwater et al, 5th ed.

Salem Silver Plate, one of the tradenames/trademarks of silverplated flatware patterns manufactured for Sears Roebuck & Co., Chicago, IL. First used in 1914. Although only flatware is mentioned, I'm sure holloware would also be a possibility. Kit
