I have a set of beautiful fish knives and forks. They have wonderful designs etched in to the silver and mother of pearl handles. Each piece is marked with:

Difficult set of marks to read. The letters are actually HB&H.
One of many silverplate marks used by Harrison Brothers & Howson, Sheffield, England.
I believe they used this set of marks from 1897 through the 1st quarter of the 20th century.
